I am a fourth-year Ph.D. candidate at the MIT Operations Research Center, where I am fortunate to be advised by Professor Yanchong Karen Zheng.
My research lies at the intersection of theoretical modeling and empirical analysis, with a focus on optimizing real-world systems in the food and agricultural supply chain. I work on projects that address societal and environmental challenges across both developing and developed countries, including:
Optimizing policies in developing countries to enhance market access and financial resilience for smallholder farmers
Exploring how online grocery shopping can reduce food waste at both the consumer and retail levels
Revealing how restrictive budget structures hinder humanitarian operations from delivering relief items to refugees
