For those people who are not able to spend much money for computer course For those people who are from rural area For those people who are not financially capable Many parents are able to teach only till 10th + 12th After that they either go into labor for further studies.Many children go out to work for their further studies and then cannot study again because it takes a lot of money for further studies.Some people are not able to do 12th after 10th level and always remain in the same after getting engaged in farming.
