Day 2 - The Sauce

We will learn about acidity, pH, and plant anatomy! After choosing which toppings are desired for her pizza, the student will then draw the fruit or vegetable, research the anatomy, and label the parts. Students will also learn about pH by investigating common household items. During a lunch-and-learn at a local restaurant, students will learn more about pizza sauce and then tour a vegetable farm.
