Privacy Policy for Pizza Eats
Effective Date: July 19, 2026
Last Updated: July 19, 2026
Pizza Eats, LLC (“Pizza Eats,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Pizza Eats mobile application (“App”).
This Policy applies only to the Pizza Eats App and does not apply to third-party websites, applications, image providers, or services that may be accessed through the App.
1. Information You Provide
When using the cart and checkout features, you may voluntarily enter:
Full name
Phone number
Delivery address
Delivery instructions or optional notes
Selected menu items
Meal sizes and customizations
Add-ons and quantities
Calculated order totals
The App may also generate order-related information, including:
Order reference number
Order date and time
Number of selected items
Subtotal, estimated tax, delivery fee, and total amount
Please do not enter passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information in the delivery notes field.
2. How Information Is Used
Information entered into the App is used to:
Maintain your shopping cart
Display selected meals and customizations
Calculate quantities and estimated prices
Prepare an order summary
Display delivery information
Generate an order confirmation
Maintain available order history
Support the normal operation of the App
Diagnose technical problems when information is voluntarily provided to us
We do not use information entered into the App to build advertising profiles or make decisions involving credit, employment, insurance, healthcare, or legal eligibility.
3. Local Processing and Storage
The current version of Pizza Eats primarily processes cart and order information directly on your device.
Cart contents and order records may be saved within the App’s private local storage so they can remain available during later App sessions.
The current version does not require account registration and does not maintain a cloud-based customer account.
Unless a separate online ordering or communication feature is clearly presented inside the App, information entered into the checkout form is not automatically transmitted to a Pizza Eats restaurant-order fulfillment server.
4. Order Confirmation
An order confirmation displayed by the App records the selections and information entered by the user.
Users should review the confirmation carefully. Where the App does not explicitly connect to an active restaurant fulfillment service, an on-device confirmation should not be interpreted as confirmation of payment, restaurant acceptance, food preparation, dispatch, or delivery.
No payment is charged through the current version of the App.
5. Payment Information
Pizza Eats does not request, collect, store, or process:
Credit-card numbers
Debit-card numbers
Bank-account information
Payment authentication codes
Mobile-wallet credentials
Prices and totals shown in the App are based on the selected menu items, quantities, available customizations, estimated tax, and delivery charges.
6. Internet Access and Menu Images
The App uses an internet connection to retrieve menu images from external image-hosting sources.
Depending on the current App version, these sources may include services or infrastructure operated by:
GitHub
Unsplash
TheMealDB
Other image-delivery or content-hosting providers
When an image is requested, the relevant provider may automatically receive standard network information, such as:
Internet Protocol address
Requested image address
Request date and time
Device or browser-related information
General network information
These providers process information under their own privacy policies and security practices. Pizza Eats does not control their independent data-handling practices.
7. Device Permissions
The current version requires internet access to load remote menu content.
It is not designed to request access to:
Precise or background location
Contacts
SMS messages
Call logs
Camera
Microphone
Photos or videos
Broad device storage
Calendar
Health information
Biometric information
If a future version introduces a new feature that requires additional permissions, the App will request only the access needed for that feature and this Privacy Policy will be updated when required.
8. Information Sharing
Pizza Eats does not sell or rent personal information entered into the App.
We do not intentionally share checkout information with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated marketing companies.
Information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary:
To comply with applicable law or valid legal process
To investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
To protect the rights and safety of users, Pizza Eats, LLC, or others
As part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business assets, subject to appropriate legal protections
With a service provider performing a necessary function on our behalf, under applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations
In the current locally processed version, checkout information is not routinely transferred to Pizza Eats service providers.
9. Advertising and Analytics
The current version does not use personal information entered into the checkout form for targeted advertising.
If advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, cloud ordering, or additional third-party SDKs are added in a future release, this Privacy Policy and the App’s Google Play Data Safety disclosures will be updated to reflect those practices.
10. Data Retention
Locally stored cart and order information may remain on your device until:
You remove the relevant information through an available App feature
You clear the App’s storage through Android settings
You uninstall the App
Your device or operating system removes the information
The App’s storage is reset during an update or device change
Pizza Eats does not control device backups created by your device manufacturer, operating-system provider, or backup service.
11. Deleting Your Information
Because the current version does not require an online account, there is no cloud account profile to delete.
You can remove locally stored App information by:
1 Opening your device’s Settings
2 Selecting Apps
3 Selecting Pizza Eats
4 Selecting Storage
5 Choosing Clear Data or Clear Storage
You may also remove locally stored information by uninstalling the App.
Clearing storage or uninstalling the App may permanently remove saved cart and order information.
12. Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the App and the information it handles.
However, no mobile device, software application, electronic storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and maintaining appropriate device-security settings.
13. Children’s Privacy
Pizza Eats is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly operate an online account-registration system for collecting personal information from children under 13.
Parents or legal guardians who believe a child has provided personal information through the App may contact us using the details below.
14. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to personal information, including the right to:
Request information about how data is handled
Request access to personal information held by us
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of eligible information
Object to or restrict certain processing
Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
Submit a complaint to an applicable privacy authority
Because the current App primarily stores order information locally, Pizza Eats may not possess or be able to identify information stored only on your device.
Pizza Eats does not sell personal information and does not use checkout information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
15. International Processing
Third-party image-hosting or infrastructure providers may process network requests in countries other than the country where you live.
Privacy laws and protections may differ between jurisdictions. Third-party providers are responsible for handling information according to their own legal obligations and privacy policies.
16. External Links and Services
The App may allow users to open an email application, browser, map, or another external service.
Once you leave Pizza Eats or interact with a third-party service, that service’s terms and privacy policy apply. We recommend reviewing those policies before providing personal information.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when:
App features change
Data-handling practices change
Third-party services change
Legal or regulatory requirements change
Security or operational practices are revised
The updated version will display a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated inside the App or through the App’s store listing where appropriate.
