Developer: PIZZA DI LUNA, LLC
Application: Pizza Di Luna
Package Name: com.pizzadiluna.lunadipizza.foodapp
PIZZA DI LUNA, LLC respects the privacy of users of the Pizza Di Luna mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the application handles, why it is used, where it is stored, and the choices available to users.
By installing or using Pizza Di Luna, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information Entered by Users
Pizza Di Luna allows users to browse food categories, customize menu items, manage a cart, enter delivery details, and save order requests.
Users may voluntarily enter the following information:
Full name
Phone number
Delivery address
Optional delivery instructions or notes
Selected food items
Item sizes and customization choices
Item quantities
Order total
Locally generated order reference
This information is used only to create, display, and save an order request within the application.
2. Local Storage of Order Information
The current version of Pizza Di Luna stores order requests locally on the user’s device.
Order details are not automatically submitted to PIZZA DI LUNA, LLC, a restaurant, delivery provider, payment processor, or external order-management service.
Locally stored information may remain on the device until:
The user clears the application’s storage
The application is uninstalled
The information is removed through an available in-app function
The operating system deletes application data
Because this information is stored on the device, anyone with access to the unlocked device may potentially view locally saved order information.
3. No User Accounts
Pizza Di Luna does not currently require users to create or register an account.
The application does not collect usernames, passwords, social-media credentials, or account authentication information.
Because no user account is created, the application does not provide an account-deletion process. Users can remove locally stored application data through their device settings or by uninstalling the application.
4. No Online Order Fulfilment
Saving an order request inside Pizza Di Luna does not confirm that an order has been received or accepted by a restaurant.
The application does not currently:
Send orders to restaurant staff
Arrange food delivery
Confirm product availability
Process restaurant bookings
Provide live order tracking
Guarantee preparation or fulfilment
Users should not treat locally saved requests as confirmed restaurant orders.
5. Payments and Financial Information
Pizza Di Luna does not currently process payments.
The application does not request or store:
Credit or debit card numbers
Bank account details
Mobile wallet credentials
Payment authentication codes
Financial transaction information
Any prices shown inside the application are part of the menu and cart experience and do not represent a completed financial transaction.
6. Internet Access and Remote Images
The application may use an internet connection to load food images or other visual content from remote image-hosting services.
When the application connects to such services, the service provider may automatically receive standard technical information associated with an internet request, such as:
IP address
Device or browser information
Request date and time
Requested image or resource
Basic network diagnostic information
PIZZA DI LUNA, LLC does not use this information to personally identify users. Data handled by an external hosting provider is also subject to that provider’s own privacy practices.
7. Device Permissions
The current version of Pizza Di Luna does not require access to sensitive device features such as:
Precise or approximate location
Contacts
Call logs
SMS messages
Microphone
Camera
Photos or videos
Calendar
Nearby devices
The application may request internet access to display remotely hosted menu images.
If future versions introduce additional permissions, this Privacy Policy and the application’s Google Play disclosures will be updated accordingly.
8. Analytics, Advertising and Tracking
The current version of Pizza Di Luna does not use third-party advertising networks.
The application does not intentionally use personal information for:
Targeted advertising
Cross-app tracking
User profiling
Marketing lists
Sale of personal information
Behavioral advertising
The current version does not intentionally include analytics services that create user profiles or track users across unrelated applications and websites.
9. Sharing of Information
PIZZA DI LUNA, LLC does not sell, rent, or trade personal information entered into the application.
Locally stored order information is not intentionally transmitted to third parties by the current version of the application.
Information may only be disclosed where required to:
Comply with applicable law
Respond to a valid legal request
Protect users, the developer, or the public from fraud, abuse, or security threats
Enforce legal rights and obligations
Because the current version stores order information locally and does not transmit it to the developer, PIZZA DI LUNA, LLC may not possess or be able to retrieve that information.
10. Data Security
Reasonable measures are used to limit unnecessary collection and transmission of personal information.
However, no device, storage method, software system, or electronic service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their devices with appropriate security measures, including a screen lock, password, PIN, fingerprint, or other available protection.
Users should avoid entering highly sensitive information inside delivery notes.
11. Data Retention and Deletion
Order information is retained locally for as long as it remains stored in the application’s data on the user’s device.
Users can delete locally stored information by:
1 Using an available delete or clear function inside the application;
2 Opening the device’s settings and clearing Pizza Di Luna’s storage or application data; or
3 Uninstalling Pizza Di Luna.
Clearing application data or uninstalling the application may permanently remove locally saved orders and settings.
12. Children’s Privacy
Pizza Di Luna is not designed or directed primarily toward children under the age of 13.
The application does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an online account or backend service.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child has entered personal information into the application should remove the information by clearing the application data or uninstalling the application.
13. External Services and Links
The application may display content obtained from external image-hosting services or may allow the device to open an external email application.
PIZZA DI LUNA, LLC is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or availability of independent third-party applications, websites, or services.
Users should review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing information to them.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when:
Application functionality changes
New services or SDKs are introduced
Data-handling practices change
Legal or Google Play requirements change
New permissions are added
The updated policy will display a revised effective date. Continued use of the application after an update means that the user acknowledges the revised Privacy Policy.
