This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Pizza Bomb application, why it is used, how it is protected, and the choices available to you.

Pizza Bomb may allow you to enter the following information while preparing or submitting an order:
Name
Phone number
Delivery address
Apartment or unit details
Order description or delivery instructions
Selected food items
Item quantities
Meal customizations
Cart and order details
This information is used only to prepare, manage, confirm, or fulfil the order-related request initiated by you.
Please do not enter sensitive information, such as passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers, medical information, or other confidential data, in the delivery-instructions field.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The application may store limited information locally on your device, including:
Cart contents
Selected quantities
Meal options and customizations
Order summary information
Basic application preferences
Local storage helps preserve your cart and provide the application’s core functionality.
You can remove locally stored information by clearing the application’s storage through your device settings or by uninstalling the application.
3. Information Collected Automatically
The current version of Pizza Bomb does not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, call logs, SMS messages, microphone recordings, photographs, videos, or files stored on your device.
Basic technical information may be processed automatically by your device, operating system, hosting provider, or external content provider when the application connects to the internet. This may include:
Internet Protocol address
Device or browser type
Operating-system information
Request date and time
Network and diagnostic information
Pizza Bomb does not use this information to personally identify users.
4. How We Use Information
Information processed through the application may be used to:
Display menu categories and food items
Provide item details and meal customization
Calculate item and cart totals
Maintain your shopping cart
Prepare an order summary
Process order information submitted by you
Provide order confirmation
Respond to support or privacy enquiries
Detect technical errors
Maintain the security and reliability of the application
Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use order information for unrelated purposes without appropriate notice or consent.
5. Food Images and Internet Access
Pizza Bomb uses internet access to display remotely hosted food images and other application content.
When an image is requested, the external image-hosting provider may receive limited technical information necessary to deliver that image, such as an IP address, device request information, and request timestamp.
These providers operate under their own privacy practices. Pizza Bomb does not control how independently operated services process their server logs.
6. Payments
The current version of Pizza Bomb does not directly collect or store:
Credit-card numbers
Debit-card numbers
Bank-account credentials
Payment passwords
Security codes
If an external payment provider is introduced in a future version, payment information will be processed by that provider according to its own terms and privacy policy. This Privacy Policy will be updated where required.
Users should not enter payment-card details in the address or order-description fields.
7. Advertising and Analytics
The current version of Pizza Bomb does not intentionally include third-party advertising SDKs or behavioural advertising.
The current version does not use personal information to create advertising profiles or sell targeted advertising.
If analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or marketing services are added later, this Privacy Policy and the application’s Google Play Data safety disclosures will be updated before those practices are introduced.
8. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with:
The restaurant or personnel responsible for processing an order
Delivery or fulfilment providers involved in completing an order
Technology providers supporting application hosting or content delivery
Professional advisers where legally necessary
Government authorities when required by applicable law, court order, or valid legal process
A successor organisation in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business assets
Service providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their assigned function.
9. Data Retention
Cart information stored locally may remain on your device until you:
Remove the relevant cart items
Clear the application’s data
Uninstall the application
Order or support information received by Pizza Bomb LLC may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Process the requested order
Provide customer support
Maintain appropriate business records
Prevent fraud or misuse
Resolve disputes
Meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations
Information that is no longer reasonably required will be deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of where practicable.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.
However, no mobile application, internet transmission, or electronic-storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their devices, use secure network connections, and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.
11. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
Know what personal information we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information
Request deletion of eligible personal information
Restrict or object to certain processing
Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
Ask questions about our privacy practices
To submit a privacy request, contact us using the address provided in the Contact Us section.
We may need to verify your request before disclosing, correcting, or deleting information.
12. Account Deletion
The current version of Pizza Bomb does not require users to create a registered account.
Because no user account is created, there is no account profile to delete. Locally stored cart information can be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.
If account creation is added in the future, Pizza Bomb LLC will provide an accessible account-deletion method and update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
Google Play requires developers to accurately describe their data practices in the Data safety form, and apps offering account creation must provide compliant account-deletion options.
13. Children’s Privacy
Pizza Bomb is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed toward children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the application, contact us so the information can be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted.
Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of food-ordering applications.
14. International Processing
Pizza Bomb LLC is registered in the United States. Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where relevant service providers operate.
Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions. Where required, reasonable safeguards will be used for applicable international data transfers.
15. External Links and Services
The application may contain links to external websites or services.
Pizza Bomb LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, or availability of independently operated third-party services. Users should review the privacy policy of any external service they access.
16. Permissions
Depending on the released version, Pizza Bomb may use:

We may update this Privacy Policy when:
Application functionality changes
Data-handling practices change
