BS-MS Dual Degree (2010-2015): IISER Mohali. Master's thesis supervisor: Professor K. S. Viswanathan. Research: weak-molecular complexes using Infrared spectroscopy under Matrix-isolated conditions at 10 K temperatures.
PhD (2015-2019): Purdue University. Supervisor: Professor Timothy S. Zwier. Research: various organic molecular systems in supersonic molecular beams, inluding large multi-conformer hydrocarbons, clusters, and chemical reactions. Spectroscopic range: microwave (rotational), infrared (vibrational), and the visible-ultraviolet (electronic). Areas of interest: combustion, astrochemistry, and atmospheric chemistry.
Postdoc 1 (2019-2022):Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with Robert W. Field. Research: Using high-resolution spectroscopy to study molecular dynamics, including inelastic collisional processes (rotational relaxation and vibrational energy transfer), onset of clustering, and photodissociation dynamics.
Postdoc2 (2023): University of Ottawa with Professor Albert Stolow. Research: Building molecuar dynamics imaging instruments for ultrafast laser physics studies.
