These Terms and Conditions apply to the AI PoloCam Effect - Pixoroid app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Shanta Devi (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. It is strongly recommended that you read and understand them fully before using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Application, any part of it, or any related trademarks is strictly prohibited. You are not permitted to attempt to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with the Application remain the sole property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, the Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or introduce charges for its features or services at any time and for any reason. Any such charges will be clearly communicated before they take effect.
The Application may store and process personal data provided by you in order to deliver its services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as doing so may remove critical security features, expose your device to malware or vulnerabilities, and cause the Application to function improperly or cease working altogether.

Please note that certain features of the Application require an active Internet connection, whether via Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to connectivity issues, lack of Wi-Fi access, or data limitations.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi zone, you are responsible for any data or roaming charges incurred from your mobile network provider.
By using the Application, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any such costs. If you are not the account holder of the device, you confirm that you have obtained permission from the bill payer to use the Application.
The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for issues arising from your device’s condition or usage. For example, it is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. If your device loses power and you cannot access the Application, the Service Provider bears no liability.
While the Service Provider endeavors to keep the Application accurate and up-to-date, certain information may rely on third-party data sources. As a result, the Service Provider cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness and will not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the Application’s functionality.
The Service Provider may update the Application periodically. System requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using the Application.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that updates will always align with your device’s operating system version. You agree to accept all updates when made available.
The Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease, and you must uninstall it from your device.
The Service Provider may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page, and you are encouraged to review them regularly. Continued use of the Application following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
