PixMilo lets you crop, resize, compress, add text to, and convert images. Photos, captions, and editing settings are processed locally on your device. The app does not upload this information to Micromatrix or operate an image-processing server.
PixMilo does not request internet access. It has no account system, advertisements, analytics, or tracking SDKs. The app does not collect or transmit personal data or device identifiers to Micromatrix.
PixMilo accesses an image when you choose it with Android's photo picker or explicitly share an image to PixMilo from another app. It does not request broad access to your photo library.
The app keeps a working copy of an imported photo in its private storage so that editing can continue. Importing another photo replaces that working copy. Clearing PixMilo's app storage in Android settings or uninstalling PixMilo removes its private data. Returning to the home screen or choosing the sample photo does not itself delete the previous working copy. Editing settings and text may also be retained locally to restore your editing session.
PixMilo excludes its private app data from Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup. Your original image is not changed when you edit or export a copy.
When you save an edit, PixMilo writes a new image to Pictures/PixMilo in your device's shared media storage. Saved images remain after you clear app storage or uninstall PixMilo. You can delete them using your gallery or file manager. Photos and exports may be backed up or synced by your gallery, operating system, or other services according to their settings and privacy policies.
If you use Share, Android lets you choose a recipient app. PixMilo gives that app access to the saved image you selected to share. The recipient app handles the image under its own privacy policy. PixMilo does not otherwise send your photos to other apps or services.
If you email jesselfree@gmail.com, Micromatrix receives the email address, message, and any attachments you voluntarily send. This information is used to respond to your request and address the issue you report. Email delivery and storage are also handled by the email providers involved. You do not need to send a photo to use PixMilo. For questions about information you have sent to support, including a deletion request, contact the same address.
We may update this policy when PixMilo's features or data practices change. The effective date above identifies this version. For privacy questions, contact Micromatrix at jesselfree@gmail.com.
