PixLift & 8x Upscaler is designed to process your photos using AI technology while maintaining strong privacy protection.
Collection: We do not collect face data. The face data used in the upscale face enhancement feature is processed temporarily.
Use: The face data is used solely for performing the face enhancement functionality and is not used for any other purpose.
Sharing: The face data is not shared with any third parties. It is processed locally on the user's device and temporarily on our server for processing.
Retention: The face data is not retained. It is deleted immediately after the upscale is performed. In some cases, it can stay up to 24 hrs, but it isn’t the face data, it’s the image.

We may collect limited non-personal data such as:
App version, device type, OS version
Crash reports and performance data (for bug fixing)
This data is anonymous and does not identify you personally.
We use collected information only to:
Process and generate expanded images using AI
Improve app performance and reliability

PixLift integrates a trusted AI platform, to perform the image expansion process.
Bria Expander may receive your uploaded image solely for processing purposes. By using PixLift, you also agree to their terms & conditions.
We take all reasonable steps to safeguard your information:
Encrypted network communication
Automatic image deletion after processing
No personal or biometric data storage
Your processed images remain private and accessible only to you during the active session.
PixLift is not designed for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect or process information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
Any changes will be posted in the app and effective immediately upon publication.
