Here is the entire video's transcript, some things are different since you are reading and not watching.
Hi guys! My name is Ashley, and I'm the owner, founder, and employee of PixieOreo Accessories. Before you scroll away, you don't have to listen to thiswhole video. There's actually a transcript in the description and in the comments if you're on CapCut.
This video is about donations. If you don't want to donate, you could also like and subscribe, because everything helps.
First things first, there are three different needs that you could donate to. There's actually only one that's a real need, but the other two are more like wants.
The most important one, which is also the only true need, is that I sponsor a girl in Africa, Rwanda to be exact. Her name is Muzungu, and she's 5 years old. The money goes to her healthcare, like monthly checkups, education, food, and supporting her and her single mother, who works in the fields all day just to provide for them.
I pay $43 a month, and out of the $150 I currently have, I only have enough left to save for her for two months. I plan to sponsor her until she turns 18, which is when I think the program ends, because it's specifically for children in poverty.
Now for the second need slash want: I need a car. Don't leave yet—let me tell you why. My parents are divorced, and my dad left. Story time if you want it. He doesn't pay enough child support, and he even made his mom pay the $995 he was in debt for my braces. I didn't even get an appointment for four months because of that.
He says he will not help with the car, and we barely have enough to pay for our one used car. I did find one of the cheapest good-looking 2020 cars on Carvana. Even though I think it was a Ford, it was just a basic car, not a fancy truck or anything, and it was about $11,000. This would really help me be able to get a job, since my mom can't leave hers to pick me up and drop me off. As a sophomore, a car would really help during school.
While school is in session, my mom works at an intermediate school, where my sister is going next year, so she won't have time to drop me off because that school starts earlier than mine.
Our third need is the most "want" out of all of them. Since my mom was born and raised in India and only moved to America when I was three, she's only been here for 12 years and hasn't had any huge vacations, other than little road trips, living in Minnesota or Utah, or passing through airports on the way to and from India.
We've never really left America, and that's what I want to do. Even though it's technically America, it's still a tropical island. I want to take me, her, and my ten-year-old sister on a vacation to Hawaii.
I looked up all the cheapest flights, and with the activities I planned, it came to about $8,000. But with your help, maybe summer 2027 will be the year. I have literally been trying since 2025.
That's partially why I started this business. Now it's because of this, the girl in Africa, and it's also really fun to have a business.
Now you know what I'm asking. There are two ways to donate.
One, you could go to our website, click on the Donations tab, click Donate, fill out the form, and you'll get a confirmation email. The email will tell you the four ways to pay: Venmo, Cash App, check, or cash. Once you donate, you'll receive another email giving you a 25% off discount on anything in my store. Multiple donations mean multiple coupons too, but you can't cheat.
Every donation has to be over $25. If you donate over $70, you'll get 50% off, and the multiple-donation rule works with that too.
Once I reach one of my goals, each donor will get a bag of free goodies, a lot more coupons, and a signed name collage.
You can go to my website to find out more about the benefits for you guys. There's also another way to donate, but this option is only if you want to donate and benefit yourself at the same time. You could purchase something and have that go toward a specific goal instead of simply donating money.
However, I still need normal donations too, just in case, because donations are strictly used toward the goals, and I won't even use them in an emergency. I don't know why you would need to feel benefited to donate, because you're going to get a coupon either way, but it's an option if you really feel like you need it.
Thanks for listening, and it means a lot that you actually stayed, because people like you are what's going to change lives—my family's, Muzungu's, and many more. This is just the beginning of your journey in generosity.
If you donate at all, thank you for supporting people who need it. If you have any questions, please ask in the comments.
Thanks again, have a great day! Jesus loves you!
