TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Reservation fee of P2,000 (deductible but non-refundable) good for one month reservation. 50% downpayment to confirm the booking / date or 50% downpayment on PRENUP appointment. 30% one (1) month before the event and the final 20% 3 days before the day of the event.
- Final edited video and album layout will be upon the editor's full discretion, any suggestion must be made 1week before the event and must be in written form.
- Studio requires 4 to 6 months to complete the items in the chosen package, starting from the date of submission of all requirements.
- Client must email the LIST OF FILE NAMES of the chosen pictures in EXCEL or WORD format.
- Studio reserves the rights to use the image for publication and advertising purposes.
- Completed items like DVD (photos and video), photo album etc, will be available for pick up at the store.
- Additional transportation fee and other expenses for destination coverage depends on the distance from Pasig City.
- Crew meal will be provided by the client during the event ( Pre-Nup, Pre-Deb Preparation and Reception).
- Food Allowance of P100 per person per meal will be billed if NO MEAL is provided.
- All miscellaneous such as Parking fee, Electrical fee, Permits etc. shall be shouldered by the client.
- Raw Files are NOT included in the package.
- Pictures should be viewed using computer ( Desktop or Laptop) in order to see the right file name.
- For 1 photographer and 1 videographer package, In-case of problem in SD card arises due to unavoidable circumstances or Acts of God the studio will have NO liabilities in those situations.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices can be locked only if reservation is made 6 months prior to event date.
- Rates are exclusive of Government Taxes.
