Eighterio Inc. ("Eighterio," "we," "us," or "our") has developed the Pixel Step application ("App"). This service is provided by Eighterio at no cost and is intended for use as is.

By using the Pixel Step App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We use the information we collect to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App. We do not use or share your information except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used here have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible within the Pixel Step App.

Health and Fitness Data
Pixel Step may collect and process health and fitness data, including:

Active calories burned
This data may be collected from your device's built-in sensors and from Health Connect, only after you grant the required permissions.
We use this data solely to provide the core features of Pixel Step, including gameplay features, in-app progress tracking, activity-based rewards, fitness-related functionality, and other features that depend on physical activity.
We only access health and fitness data that is reasonably necessary to provide these features.
We do not sell your health and fitness data.
We do not use health and fitness data for advertising or marketing purposes.
Your health and fitness data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to operate the App, comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, maintain security, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
You can control or revoke Pixel Step's access to health and fitness data at any time through your device settings or Health Connect permission settings.
If you revoke access, certain features of the App may no longer function properly or may become unavailable.
Revoking permission prevents Pixel Step from accessing future health and fitness information through those permissions but does not automatically delete data that may have previously been stored in your Pixel Step account.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and operate Pixel Step, maintain account functionality, improve the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, and enforce our agreements.
You may request deletion of your Pixel Step account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account and Data
You may request account deletion through the account or settings section of the Pixel Step App, where the account deletion option is available.

Please provide enough information for us to identify the account you wish to delete, such as the email address associated with your Pixel Step account.
For security purposes, we may need to verify your identity or ownership of the account before processing a deletion request.
When an account deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including, where applicable:
Account information
Profile information
Gameplay progress
Activity and gameplay history
Stored health and fitness information associated with your account
Authentication information under our control
Other personal data associated with your use of Pixel Step
Deleting your account may permanently remove your gameplay progress, achievements, rewards, account history, and other information associated with your account.
Once account deletion has been completed, deleted information and gameplay progress may not be recoverable.
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary to:
Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
Prevent fraud or abuse
Maintain security
Investigate violations of our Terms and Conditions
Resolve disputes
Protect our legal rights
Maintain records required by law
Any information retained for these purposes will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary.
Information may also remain temporarily in system backups until those backups are deleted or overwritten through our normal backup retention processes.
Deleting your Pixel Step account does not automatically delete information that may be independently stored or controlled by third-party service providers. Where applicable, you may need to manage or request deletion of information directly from those third-party providers.
You may also revoke Pixel Step's access to health and fitness information through your device settings or Health Connect at any time. To request deletion of health and fitness information previously stored in your Pixel Step account, you should use the account deletion process described above or contact us.
Security
We value your trust in providing us with your information and use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information.
However, no method of transmission over the internet, wireless transmission, or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information from our systems as soon as practicable.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our practices, applicable laws, or other operational requirements.
