Participants may choose any one of the following sub-themes:

Poster Specifications
Poster must be digitally designed.
Size: A3 (297 mm × 420 mm )
Orientation: Portrait
Resolution: Minimum 300 dpi (2480 × 3508 pixels recommended)
File Format: PDF
Maximum File Size: 100 MB
The poster should:
Clearly communicate an environmental challenge, solution, innovation, or future vision.
Demonstrate creativity, originality, and visual appeal.
Be scientifically accurate where applicable.
Effectively convey the importance of sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Participants may incorporate:
Original illustrations and graphics
Maps and geospatial visualisations
Satellite imagery
Scientific diagrams and infographics
Open-source resources with proper attribution
To encourage originality and creativity, the use of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) for creating visual content is strictly prohibited. The following are NOT permitted:
AI-generated images
AI-generated illustrations or artwork
AI-generated visual elements or backgrounds
Content created using tools such as ChatGPT Image Generation, DALL·E, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI, Ideogram, or similar platforms
Permitted:
Conventional design software (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Inkscape, Figma, GIMP, etc.)
Self-created graphics and illustrations
Original photographs
Satellite imagery and geospatial products
Open-source resources with proper attribution
The organising committee reserves the right to request editable source files, intermediate drafts, or supporting materials to verify the originality of the submitted work. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in disqualification.
Submission Guidelines
Only one entry per participant is allowed.
The poster must be an original work created by the participant.
Previously submitted, published, or award-winning posters will not be accepted.
Posters must be submitted on or before 15th June 2026.
Late submissions will not be considered.
Once submitted, entries cannot be modified or replaced.
Outstanding entries will be recognised and awarded based on the evaluation criteria.
Certificates will be provided to all eligible participants.
