PixelRush – Terms of Use & EULA

By downloading or using PixelRush, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. App Usage

PixelRush is a mobile arcade game developed by SourSpark.

The game allows players to complete levels, overcome obstacles, earn rewards, unlock new content, improve their skills, and compete for high scores.

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Use the app for illegal activities

• Upload false, harmful, or misleading content

• Hack, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the app

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute game content without permission

• Exploit bugs, cheats, or vulnerabilities

• Interfere with the normal operation of the game

• Use bots, automation tools, or unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage

2. Gameplay & Game Content

PixelRush may include:

• Arcade levels

• Progressive difficulty

• High score tracking

• Coins and rewards

• Unlockable content

• Daily challenges

• Achievements

• Leaderboards

• Events

• Future game updates

Game content is provided for entertainment purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability of all game modes

• Availability of online features

• Permanent availability of seasonal events

• Compatibility with every device configuration

Gameplay balance, rewards, and progression may change with future updates.

3. Player Data

Some features may store gameplay-related information, including:

• High scores

• Completed levels

• Coins earned

• Achievements

• Game settings

• Progress

• Cloud save data (if supported)

You are responsible for any content you upload through optional community or profile features.

You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, copyrighted without permission, or infringes another person's rights.

We may remove content or restrict access if it violates these Terms.

4. Account System

PixelRush may allow users to create an account or sign in to synchronize:

• Game progress

• High scores

• Achievements

• Purchases

• Cloud saves

• Leaderboard rankings

If guest mode is available, some data may be stored locally on your device.

Deleting the app may permanently remove locally stored progress if cloud synchronization is not enabled.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

PixelRush may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Available purchases may include:

• Premium features

• Ad removal

• Coin packs

• Exclusive skins

• Cosmetic items

• Special bundles

• Subscription plans

Subscription pricing, duration, and renewal terms are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

Eligible purchases can be restored using the Restore Purchases option inside the app.

6. Advertisements

PixelRush may display advertisements, including:

• Banner ads

• Interstitial ads

• Rewarded video ads

• Promotional content

Rewarded advertisements are optional and may provide in-game rewards.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or performance of third-party advertisements.

7. Virtual Items

PixelRush may include virtual items such as:

• Coins

• Gems

• XP

• Power-ups

• Skins

• Boosters

• Rewards

• Achievements

Virtual items:

• Have no real-world monetary value

• Cannot be exchanged for real money

• Are non-transferable

• May be lost if local data is deleted without cloud synchronization

8. User Content & Online Features

If PixelRush includes online features such as:

• Leaderboards

• Player profiles

• Friends

• Community events

• Future social features

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws

• Harass or abuse other players

• Share offensive content

• Upload copyrighted material without permission

• Misrepresent scores or achievements

• Attempt to manipulate rankings

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content when necessary.

10. Disclaimer

PixelRush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Error-free operation

• Continuous availability

• Compatibility with all devices

• Permanent access to online services

• Availability of advertisements

• Preservation of local progress after deletion

• Uninterrupted multiplayer or leaderboard functionality

Use the app at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

SourSpark is not responsible for:

• Data loss

• Lost game progress

• Device malfunctions

• Network interruptions

• Online service outages

• Third-party service interruptions

• Payment provider issues

• Lost purchases due to unsupported devices

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of PixelRush is at your own risk.

12. Updates & Changes

We may update PixelRush and these Terms at any time.

Updates may include:

• New levels

• New gameplay mechanics

• New challenges

• New rewards

• New skins

• New events

• Performance improvements

• Bug fixes
