1. Terms of Use By accessing or using PixelFix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. License to Use We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Prohibited Content Users are strictly prohibited from using the App to process content that:
Infringes on any third party’s intellectual property or publicity rights.
Contains sexually explicit content, hate speech, or promotes illegal acts.
Violates any local, state, national, or international law.
4. Subscription and Payments (If applicable)
Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
5. Disclaimer of Liability The App and its services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PixelPro makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the image processing results (e.g., background removal precision). Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any data loss or device damage.
6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
