Pixel Path ("the App") is a puzzle game developed and published as a mobile game for Android devices.
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Pixel Path handles information when you use the App.
Pixel Path does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use the App.
The App does not directly collect or transmit personal information such as:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Physical address
Passwords
Contacts
Photos or videos
Precise location
Financial or payment information
Pixel Path stores certain game-related information locally on your device so that the App can remember your progress and settings.
This may include:
Level completion progress
Stars earned
Best move counts
Available hints
Sound settings
Vibration settings
Selected theme
Selected start-dot color
This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Pixel Path may use the device's vibration/haptic functionality when vibration is enabled in the App.
Vibration is used only to provide gameplay feedback, such as:
Invalid moves
Successful moves
Hints
Level completion
Pixel Path does not use vibration to collect or transmit personal information.
The App may also use audio playback for gameplay sound effects when sound is enabled.
Pixel Path does not currently require an account or transmit gameplay progress to a remote server.
Your locally stored game progress and settings remain on your device.
At the current time, Pixel Path does not directly collect personal information for advertising purposes.
If advertising, analytics, or other third-party services are added to Pixel Path in the future, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety information will be updated to accurately describe how those services handle data.
Pixel Path does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Because Pixel Path does not currently transmit your locally stored gameplay information to our servers, we do not have access to that information.
Game progress and settings stored locally remain on your device until they are removed by the user or the App's local data is cleared.
You can generally remove locally stored App data by clearing the App's storage/data through Android settings or by uninstalling the App.
Because Pixel Path does not currently maintain user accounts or store gameplay data on our servers, there is no server-side user account or gameplay database that requires deletion.
Pixel Path is a general-audience puzzle game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App does not require users to provide personal information to play the game.
We take reasonable measures to avoid unnecessary collection and transmission of user information.
Because Pixel Path currently stores gameplay information locally on the user's device, the security of that information is also dependent on the security of the user's device.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's features or data practices change.
When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated.
Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
