Terms and Conditions for Pixel Fusion: Photo Editor

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pixel Fusion: Photo Editor ("App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Ownership

The App and its intellectual property, including the software and all content provided by the App, are owned by Munib ul Hassan. All rights reserved.

2. User Rights

Users retain full ownership of the content they create using the App, including any photos or images they edit. The App does not claim any rights over user-generated content.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to:

• Upload or edit content that is offensive, harmful, or illegal.

• Engage in any activity that may violate any laws or infringe the rights of third parties.

4. No Account Required

The App does not require you to create an account to access its features. You can use all available features without signing in.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers auto-renewable monthly and yearly subscriptions. These subscriptions grant access to premium features and will automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account and app settings screen.

Payment & Refunds:
All subscription payments and refunds are handled by the Google Play Store. Please refer to Google Play’s policies regarding subscription management and refunds.

6. User-Generated Content

The App does not store any user-generated content (e.g., edited photos). All content remains on your device, and we do not have access to or store your creations.

7. Data Collection

We may collect non-personal information, such as device information, operating system, and usage statistics, to enhance the functionality of the App.

We do not collect personal information. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected by the App. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses Firebase, a third-party service, for crash reporting and usage analytics. This helps us improve the performance and functionality of the App.

Third-Party Advertisements:
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party services. These ad providers may collect certain information through cookies or similar technologies. Please review their privacy policies for more information on data collection and usage.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will function without interruptions or errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
