We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos for advertising. We do not use third-party advertising in the App unless this Privacy Policy is updated to say otherwise.
## 2. Information We Process
Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following categories of information:
### Photos and Generated Images
When you choose a photo for conversion, the selected image is processed to generate a pixel-style result. Generated images may be stored locally on your device in the App's gallery.
The App does not need access to your full photo library unless required by a specific feature or permission flow. Where possible, the App uses system photo pickers so you can choose specific images.
### Purchase and Subscription Information
If you make an in-app purchase or start a subscription, Apple and our purchase management provider may process purchase status, subscription status, transaction identifiers, product identifiers, renewal information, and related account information needed to validate access to paid features.
We do not receive your full payment card details. App Store payments are processed by Apple.
### App Identifiers and Local Data
The App may create or store identifiers needed to manage purchases, app settings, saved gallery items, review prompt counts, or basic app functionality. Some data may be stored locally on your device, including generated images saved in the in-app gallery.
### Support Communications

### Technical and Diagnostic Information
The App or third-party providers may process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, debug, or improve the App, such as device type, app version, operating system version, error logs, purchase validation events, and service request information.

You should not upload photos that you do not have permission to use or photos containing sensitive information that you do not want processed by third-party service providers.

Generated images saved in the in-app gallery are stored locally on your device until you delete them, clear the gallery, uninstall the App, or your device removes app data.
Support emails may be retained for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain business records.
Purchase and subscription records may be retained by Apple, purchase management providers, or us for as long as needed to provide paid features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud.
Photos sent for AI processing may be retained by third-party service providers according to their own retention practices and applicable agreements. We aim to use providers that process data only as needed to provide the requested service.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
