PixeApps ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of users in the European Union / European Economic Area ("EEA") and the United Kingdom, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the UK GDPR. This Privacy Policy explains how our applications handle information, the legal basis for that processing, and which third-party services may process data during app usage.

We do not have an establishment in the European Union and, at our current scale of operations, we have not appointed a formal EU representative under Article 27 GDPR. If our processing activity in the EEA/UK grows to a level requiring one, we will appoint a representative and update this section with their contact details.
Our applications do not directly request or store personal information such as your name, phone number, or home address. However, certain technical, device, or usage data may be automatically collected by the third-party services integrated into the app (Sections 5 and 6). We rely on the following legal bases under Article 6(1) GDPR:
Personalized advertising (AdMob) Data involved: Advertising ID, approximate location, device data Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — collected via the in-app consent form (Google UMP) before any personalized ad request
Non-personalized advertising / app functioning Data involved: Limited device/technical data Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), where consent is not legally required. We consider this interest — keeping the app free and functional — to be balanced against user privacy, since only minimal, non-identifying technical data is involved
Analytics (Firebase Analytics) Data involved: Usage/event data Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a))
Crash reporting (Crashlytics) Data involved: Crash logs, device technical info Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — necessary to keep the app stable and secure, with minimal impact on user privacy
Push notifications (FCM) Data involved: Device token Legal basis: Consent, or contract necessity where the notification is essential to the service requested
Newsletter Data involved: Email address Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a))
Consent for advertising and analytics is requested through an in-app consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) before the relevant SDK is activated for EEA/UK users. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time via Settings → Privacy Options inside the app. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Our app provides links to join our Discord community and subscribe to our email newsletter. If you voluntarily choose to join these platforms:
Email Newsletter: We collect your email address, based on your consent, to send news updates and promotional offers, including affiliate links to sports merchandise. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time via the "unsubscribe" link in the emails, with no impact on your use of the app.
Discord Community: Your interaction on Discord is governed by Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which acts as an independent data controller for that platform.
Affiliate Disclosure: We participate in affiliate marketing programs. This means we may receive commissions for purchases made through links posted in our newsletter or Discord server. This does not result in any additional cost to you.
Our apps may display third-party ads, including Google AdMob. For users in the EEA and UK, ads are only personalized after consent is obtained through the in-app consent form; if consent is not given, only non-personalized ads (or none) are shown. Ad providers may collect:
Device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID)
Approximate location
Usage data
Interaction data
Ad performance metrics

Our applications use Firebase (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited) to improve app stability, performance, and user experience. Firebase may process:
Analytics: usage statistics and event tracking (activated only after consent for EEA/UK users).
Crashlytics: crash logs and device technical information.
Cloud Messaging (FCM): delivery of push notifications.

Google/Firebase and Google AdMob may transfer data outside the EEA/UK, including to the United States. Where this occurs, Google relies on safeguards recognized under GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can find more information in Google's own privacy and data transfer documentation linked above.
We do not directly store personal data on our own servers, with two exceptions:
Newsletter email addresses: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, whichever happens first.
Support request correspondence: retained for as long as needed to resolve your request, and deleted or anonymized afterward unless a longer period is required by law.
Data processed by third parties (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob) is retained according to each provider's own retention policies, linked in Sections 5 and 6.
If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we (or our processors) hold about you;
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
Erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), where applicable;
Restrict processing in certain circumstances;
Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format;
Object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing;
Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;

Where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by two further months; if so, we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for it within the first month.
Apps may request certain device permissions to enable features. Permissions are used only for their intended purpose and not to collect personal information beyond what is disclosed in this policy.
PixeApps does not sell personal data and does not share data with any company besides the third-party services listed in this policy, which operate independently as their own controllers or as our processors under their own privacy policies and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses with us.
Our apps are not intended for children under the age of 16 (or the minimum age of consent applicable in your EU member state, which may be as low as 13) unless otherwise specified for a particular app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below this age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
We implement technical and organizational measures and recommended practices to protect data during app use. However, no digital system can guarantee absolute protection, and users should be aware that risks may exist.
PixeApps may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes affecting EEA/UK users' rights will be communicated through reasonable means (e.g., an in-app notice or updated "Last Updated" date). Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
