This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications, products, and services provided by Pixdazz ("we", "our", or "us"), including but not limited to AI-based headshot generation, face processing, background removal, image/video editing, image-to-video generation, and other creative tools ("Services").
By using our applications, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
a. Photos, Videos & Media Access
We may request access to:
Camera for capturing photos and videos\
Device storage or photo library to upload media
Access is used only for user-requested features such as AI headshot generation, editing, processing, or content creation.
b. AI Face & Headshot Data Processing (Important)
This app may require users to upload photos that contain faces for the purpose of generating AI headshots.
Images are processed either on-device or securely on cloud servers, depending on feature workflow.
We do not extract or store biometric identifiers such as facial geometry templates for identification.
Images are used solely for AI training/model generation and headshot output, and not for authentication, surveillance, ads or profiling.
Photos and AI model files are stored temporarily based on our data retention policy.
c. Usage Data (Anonymous)
We may collect non-identifiable data including:
interaction patterns
crash logs
performance analytics
Used only for improving stability and features.
d. Device Information
We may collect:
device model and hardware details
OS version
app version
Used for optimization and debugging only.
We use your data to:
Generate AI headshots and process uploaded images
Provide app features and functionality
Improve performance, user experience, and reliability
Detect misuse and maintain security
Face photos are never used for facial recognition or identity matching.
All uploaded user images are used temporarily for generation.
Photos, model files, and generated assets are automatically deleted within ~60 minutes of processing completion (or sooner).
We do not store personal media long-term unless the user explicitly saves output to their device.
Users may request manual deletion at any time via support email.
We do not sell or trade personal or face data.
Data may only be shared with:
Cloud compute providers/AI engines used for processing uploads
Crash reporting/analytics services (non-personal only)
All external services handling images operate under confidentiality, encryption, and security compliance requirements.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted server access.
No digital platform is 100% risk-free, but we continuously enhance protection.
Our apps are not intended for children under 13. If data from a minor is detected, it will be removed immediately.
Some apps may use Google AdMob or similar ad networks. They may collect:
device identifiers
coarse user location (if permitted)
ad engagement analytics
You may disable personalized ads from system settings.
Payments are handled securely by Google Play/App Store.
We do not store payment or card details.
Users may:
revoke camera/storage access anytime
delete the app to stop any further data processing
request media/data deletion via email support
(typically not required due to automatic removal)
We may revise this Privacy Policy as features evolve. Changes will be notified via updates or in-app notice.
