Access is tied to your device only.
4. Credits & Billing
Some actions may require credits.
Credits can be purchased through Google Play Billing.
Purchases are final and non-refundable
You can restore purchases using your Google Play account
Credits may be consumed per request (text, voice, or image)
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app to:
Violate any law
Upload harmful content
Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the service
Abuse or overload the system
Generated content may be inaccurate or fictional.
You are responsible for how you use the output.
6. Content Ownership
You own the content you generate.
PixChat AI does not claim ownership over:
Your prompts
Images
Generated responses
7. No Warranty
The app is provided “as is”.
We make no guarantee that:
Results will be accurate
Service will be uninterrupted
Models will always be available
AI output may be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate.
