Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide a caring, warm, and safe environment for your children to enjoy. We provide childcare that is flexible to the needs of busy working families and is catered to the child's needs as decided by parents who know their child best. As a teacher, I am always wanting the best for my kids, and I would constantly worry if my children were getting the mental stimulation they needed throughout their day. By your child being a part of Pitter Patter, they will be in an educational environment where they will be encouraged to grow mentally and emotionally daily. Whether they are learning to bake, write their name, or take care of plants, their skills as a whole will blossom.

About the Owner

Hello! My name is Sarah Villarreal, and I am a mother of two amazing boys. I grew up in Mulino, Oregon and am a licensed K-12 teacher. After having my second child, finding reliable childcare became harder and harder. So, I figured, my problem may be the problem many others are facing, which is what inspired me to quit teaching and bring to life Pitter Patter Playhouse. It is my promise to you as a fellow parent that your children will be in great hands, and will walk away from their day with learning something new!

In need of a date night? A night out with friends? We've got you covered with our Date Night Hours, coming soon In February 2024! Just enough time to catch a dinner and movie and have some time for YOU.

Weekly Enrollment Features

As a working mom, I know the constant worry that goes into leaving your kids. Which is why I am offering two features included in a weekly enrollment for your child. With the Daily Nanny App, you will receive a paid-for subscription to where you will have full access to the platform. I used Daily Nanny in the past and loved being able to get updates on my children throughout my day at work. The features include photo sharing, messaging capabilities, wellbeing tracker via push-notifications, among many others! If you're interested in learning more about that feature, scan the QR code to the left. Another feature included in the weekly enrollment package is unlimited access to the Pitter Patter Facebook Group, where updates of the day will be posted, along with videos of activities and a sneak peak at weekly events to come.
