I will place the emotional, physical and spiritual well-being of my players ahead of my personal desire to win.
I will teach the players using encouragement and constructive criticism. I will not shame the players in an attempt to improve their performance.
I will strive to make the practices rewarding and fun for the players and effective in skill development.
I will encourage good sportsmanship in all the players for other players, coaches, and officials at every game, practice, or other team event. I will train the players to treat other players, coaches, officials, and fans with respect.

I will do my very best to improve the abilities of each player, regardless of his/her natural ability.
I will inform the parents of any injury a player should sustain with his/her participation on any Pitt County Pacers team.
