SOME INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE AACCUP ONLINE ACCREDITATION SURVEY VISIT
Dear esteemed AACCUP Accreditors,
Greetings from Palompon Institute of Technology Tabango!
Aside from the Palompon Institute of Technology Tabango (PIT - Tabango)
QUICK GUIDE for Accreditors which we have forwarded together with this, may
we give some gentle reminders/instructions which we hope will further guide
you as you accredit our academic programs:
1. The Meeting link (Meeting ID and Passcode) to the Opening and Exit cum
Closing Programs are indicated in the QUICK GUIDE. Please do inform us
ASAP should you experience some technical issues with regard to this.
2. The QUICK GUIDE contains the Accreditation Portal of each program. To
access the accreditation documents of your assigned programs, kindly
CLICK the LINK located under each program. Should you have some technical difficulties on this, please contact the assigned area task force chair. The mobile number of each coordinator is indicated in the quick guide his/her name. The IQA and Technical staff will likewise be your PRIMARY CONTACT on matters pertaining to accreditation (example: verification of documents, scheduling of interviews, meetings, classroom observation, etc.).
3. As to requests for online meetings or interviews with counterparts or other
stakeholders, kindly contact area chair for scheduling so that the links
using Google Meet can be forwarded to you beforehand.
