Mission Statement

Our mission is to utilize all skills obtained through our time in the Cal Poly Industrial Technology and Packaging Program and build on those skills through the Applied Business Operations Course. We aim to create a product that is high quality and reflects positively on the Program as a whole.

Vision Statement

Pitmaster aims to achieve profitability while manufacturing over 100 high quality portable Santa Maria grills of cold rolled and stainless steel construction. We aim to provide the Central Coast and neighboring areas with a feasible, long term solution for Santa Maria-style grilling.
