The orientation serves to unite and inspire participants for their entrepreneurial journey. The orientation will highlight business mindset, commitment, and creating support networks.
Research is the art of scientific investigation and develops your understanding and decision-making. This workshop will facilitate women in their business research to help them maximize profit and meet the demand.
This training is designed to instruct small business owners and new entrepreneurs on creating a Proceeds Statement to serve as a snapshot of their business spending. We will discuss accounting projections to receive additional capital and how to spend the new funding.
This training will instruct business owners on how to introduce a business or new idea to a targeted audience. Women will describe how their efforts have (or will) positively impact their clients. More importantly, you'll learn how you stand apart from your competitors.
This training will emphasize the importance of Public Relations tools and help you to organize your marketing strategy. Participants will learn several roles of public relations including: community relations, corporate and social responsibility, public affairs, crisis management, and employee relations.
Making sure participants understand Business Valuation is extremely necessary. This training will cover the greater knowledge of company assets, company resale value, and higher bargaining power during mergers and/or acquisitions.
In this workshop, participants will learn how to calculate the expenses required to operate your business.
A business pitch presentation provides a brief but informative overview of your company. We'll help make sure that your pitch includes relevant data, visuals, and a story that will help you effectively communicate your ideas to your audience.
In delivering a pitch, we must ask what we were trying to accomplish. Where did we hit (or miss) our objectives? What caused our results? What should we start, stop, or continue doing?
We'll find answers to these questions in our final workshop.
