These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Pistis Pavilion as a volunteer. By joining, individuals agree to uphold the mission, standards, and policies outlined below.

II. Volunteer Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

Volunteers support Pistis Pavilion through academic, operational, creative, and organizational contributions.

2. Eligibility

Volunteers must demonstrate maturity, responsibility, and respect for civil discourse. Acceptance is subject to review and approval.

3. Responsibilities

Volunteers are expected to:

• Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines

• Communicate professionally

• Maintain quality standards

• Represent Pistis Pavilion responsibly

4. Code of Conduct

Volunteers must:

• Engage respectfully with members and participants

• Avoid discriminatory or disruptive behavior

• Follow organizational policies and leadership direction

5. Confidentiality

Volunteers may access internal information. Such information must not be shared without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

Content, materials, and work produced under Pistis Pavilion projects may be used by the organization for its initiatives, publications, and events.

7. Non-Compensation

Volunteer positions are unpaid unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Termination

Volunteer status may be terminated due to:

• Inactivity

• Failure to meet responsibilities

• Misconduct

• Violation of organizational policies
