PiScope Privacy Policy

PiScope ("the App") is developed by Martin Kučera, an independent developer operating under PC Kučera (pckucera.cz).

DATA WE COLLECT

PiScope does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All data remains on your device.

The App stores the following information locally on your device only:

- SSH connection details (hostname, port, username, password or key path)

- Notification threshold preferences

SSH CONNECTIONS

The App connects directly from your device to your Raspberry Pi via SSH. Connection credentials are stored locally in your device's UserDefaults storage and are never transmitted to any third-party server or to the developer.

NOTIFICATIONS

The App may send local push notifications based on system metrics received from your Raspberry Pi. No notification content is shared with third parties.

BACKGROUND ACTIVITY

The App uses iOS Background App Refresh to periodically check system metrics on your Raspberry Pi and deliver notifications. This activity occurs directly between your device and your Raspberry Pi.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

PiScope does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Any changes to this privacy policy will be reflected in updated versions of the App.
