1. What is the purpose of the Launch our Business: 12-day Email Series? • We know that it can be hard to keep track of information or figure out what you don’t know when you are starting something new, so this 12-day email series is intended to highlight key information that will help you as you begin your Wellness Advocate journey. Each email will have several resource links and suggested action items to help guide you along your way. Topics covered include details on the Empowered Success program, Back Office videos, a reminder to set up Direct Deposit, and instructions onma customizing your monthly dōTERRA Rewards subscription order, and more.
2. When will this email series begin? • Beginning October 1, 2024, in the US market and November 2024 in the Canada market.
3. Who will receive this email series? • Any new Wellness Advocate in the US who enrolls or upgrades to become a Wellness Advocate on or after October 1, 2024 will begin receiving this email series. Similarly, for Canada, any new Wellness Advocate in that market beginning in November 2024.
4. Do I need to sign up for the Launch Your Business Training Course or purchase the Wellness Advocate Starter Pack to receive this email series? • No! Beginning October 1, this email will be programmed to send to newly enrolled or upgraded Wellness Advocates in the US. It is a free offering and complements the information included in the Launch Your Business Training Course and Wellness Advocate Stater Pack.
5. In which languages will this email series be available? • For now, this 12-day email series will be offered in English only and we are working on providing it in additional languages over the next few months. Current languages being worked on include Spanish, French and Chinese.
6. How frequently are emails sent out? • This email series begins the day after a new Wellness Advocate enrolls or upgrades, and they will receive one email a day for 12 consecutive days.
7. If one of my team members feels like they are receiving too many emails from dōTERRA, how can I help to address this concern? • dōTERRA strives to be mindful of not overwhelming email inboxes with too many messages. That said, for a new Wellness Advocate getting started, depending on when they join dōTERRA or upgrade their account, we recognize that they could be receiving an order confirmation, announcement of special promotions, and a monthly newsletter in addition to this email series. We encourage new Wellness Advocates to stay opted in
for the entire 12-day email series, after which they can adjust their email settings according to their personal preferences in their account profile.
8. Where can I go to see the full series of emails and information that is being communicated? • We are working on a web page where you can view the full 12-day email series. Stay tuned for more updates on when and where it will be available, but we anticipate it being ready in early October.
9. Can I opt-in to receive the email series if I am not a newly enrolled or upgraded Wellness Advocate? • Unfortunately, there is currently no way for us to include existing Wellness Advocates who do not enroll or upgrade after October 1 in the US in this email series campaign. However, all Wellness Advocates will have access to view all the emails in this 12-day series beginning in early October.
10. Can members opt out of receiving this email series? • Yes! At the bottom of every email, members can select the “unsubscribe” button to manage their email preferences, however, once a Wellness Advocate opts out of receiving this 12-day email series, they cannot opt back in. Therefore, we recommend that new Wellness Advocates receive the entire series of emails and then adjust their email preferences afterwards.
11. If my builders aren’t seeing these emails in their inbox, is there a certain email sender or subject line that they should search for to prevent these messages from going to their junk mail folder? • Emails in this 12-day series will be sent from dōTERRA’s service@doterra.com email and the subject line will have a call out to “Congratulations” upon enrollment or upgrading, then each subsequent email will be labeled as “Day 1…”, “Day 2…”, etc., so that a new Wellness Advocate can easily find and follow along with this series of emails.
12. Is there a way for me to see, as an upline, which members of my team are receiving this email series? • There is currently no comprehensive list that will show you everyone on your team receiving this 12-day email series. However, if you go into your Back Office, you can view your new enrollees and upgraded Wellness Advocates, and any names who appear on these lists beginning October 1 in the US will automatically be sent this email series. Unless they adjust their email preferences, you can expect them to be receiving these emails.

1. What is the Launch Your Business training course? • This training course is a series of videos created specifically for newly enrolled or upgraded Wellness Advocates to help them get familiar with the basics of starting a dōTERRA business. It covers a range of topics from Back Office navigation and Compensation Plan basics to Leader Programs and tools like the Link Generator. There are calls to action at the end of each section aimed at helping them kickstart and maximize their business building efforts.
2. How long are the videos? • Each video varies depending on the topic, but most videos are between three and five minutes. The overall course was designed specifically to help new builders complete the training quickly and focuses on keeping the information simple, timely and relevant.
3. In which languages is this training course available? • For now, this course is offered in English and we are working on providing it in additional languages over the next few months. Current languages being worked on include Spanish, French and Chinese translations or subtitles for these videos.
4. Do I receive any kind of certification once I complete the course? • Yes! A certificate of completion will be available beginning in late-October for finishing this course.
5. Is there a timeframe within which I need to complete the training course once I begin it? • While there is no time limit for accessing and completing this course, we recommend that a member begins the course within the first two weeks of becoming a Wellness Advocate and most builders complete the entire training within a few days. You can set your own pace and even watch videos on the go as it’s conveniently accessible ocours browser on your mobile device.
6. Can I repeat different parts of the course if I need a refresh? • Yes! You can revisit this course as often as you’d like and your access to it never expires or goes away.
7. What is the price of this new course? • The Launch Your Business course is being offered at no cost to Wellness Advocates as a way for us to better invest in our business builders and equip them with the resources and information they need to maximize their business building efforts and move forward in beginning their dōTERRA business with confidence.
8. Do I need to be a Wellness Advocate to access or take this course?
• No! This course is available to anyone, whether they are new to dōTERRA or have been a customer or Wellness Advocate with us for years, this free course is accessible to anyone.
9. Who do we recommend this course for? • This course is a great resource for anyone looking to engage in building a dōTERRA business – a new Wellness Advocate, a newly upgraded customer, or a re-engaging builder.
10. When will this new course be available? • For the US market, beginning October 1, 2024 anyone can go to https://training.doterra.com/ to access this free course. More modules will be added on a rolling basis allowing new content to unlock in the coming weeks. The entire course will be available by mid-October. For our Canada market, this course will be available beginning in November 2024.
