How to Delete Your Pipetal Account

You can delete your Pipetal account and associated personal data in one of two ways.

OPTION A — Delete in the App (Recommended)

1. Open the Pipetal app and log in.

2. Tap your profile avatar in the top-right, or go to Profile from the menu.

3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

4. Type your login name exactly as shown to confirm.

5. (Optional) Tell us why you're leaving.

6. Tap Delete My Account.

Your deletion is scheduled immediately. You'll be signed out and your account enters a 30-day grace period.

OPTION B — Request by Email (if you can't log in)

Email us at: info@pipetal.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request

In the email body, please include:

• Your registered Username (Login name)

• Your Company Code

• Your registered Name

• The reason for deletion (optional)

We'll verify your identity within 3 business days by replying to your registered email address. Once verified, your account enters the same 30-day grace period described below.

30-DAY GRACE PERIOD & CANCELLATION

Deletion is not immediate. For 30 days after the request:

• Your account and data remain on our servers but are inaccessible to others.

• You can cancel the deletion at any time by:

  • Logging back into the app and tapping Cancel Deletion on the Delete Account screen, or

  • Replying to our confirmation email (for email requests).

After 30 days have passed with no cancellation, your personal data is permanently deleted.

WHAT DATA IS DELETED

The following data is permanently removed after the 30-day grace period:

• Login credentials (username, password hash, biometric credentials)

• User profile (name, email, phone number, profile photo)

• Session tokens

• Personal preferences

WHAT DATA IS RETAINED

For legal, accounting, audit, and tax purposes, your organization (the Company) may retain:

• Business transaction records (invoices, orders, ledgers) — required by accounting and tax law in most jurisdictions

• Activity logs linked to your user ID (anonymized where possible)

Retention of such records is governed by your organization's data retention policy and applicable law.

If you are no longer employed by or associated with the company linked to your Pipetal account, please contact your company's administrator directly to have your access revoked.
