With over 20 years of hands-on experience, James is a licensed Master Plumber and the founder of Piper Plumbing. He leads the plumbing side of the business with deep technical knowledge and a commitment to excellence. As the primary technician, James is personally involved in the day-to-day residential and commercial service calls, ensuring that every job is done with precision and care.

James B. Jr. – HVAC Specialist

James Jr. is a licensed Heating and Cooling Technician with more than 10 years of field experience. Specializing in both residential and commercial HVAC systems, he’s the go-to expert for everything from AC repairs to furnace installations. With a sharp eye for diagnosing system issues and a passion for customer service, James Jr. ensures that every home and business stays comfortable year-round.

Austin B. – Assistant Technician & Marketing Lead

Austin supports the team with both fieldwork and customer communications. Whether assisting on job sites or handling inbound calls, Austin helps ensure no question goes unanswered and no homeowner is left without help. As the marketing lead, he's also working to share our services with more families and businesses throughout the Kansas City area, one connection at a time.
