How to access the App
Click on any Organisation record, and click on the “Red Flag Alert App” button
Settings
Option: Update Organization’s Name
If this is set to “ON”, (by default its ON), when you perform a credit check the organisation name will be overwritten.
Option: Update Organization’s Address
If this is set to “ON”, (by default its ON), when you perform a credit check the organisation address will be overwritten.
credit Check
Update the organisation RFA custom fields.
Search Button
You can search by company name or company number.
Refresh Data Button
Updates all RFA data for this organisation.
Find Contacts
The user can create contacts/persons and will be associated to the organisation.
Search Button
Search for contacts using the domain name.
Find Leads
Create new organisation records, with the option to create persons (contacts) associated to the organisation.
Field: New record owner
The user can assign the new organisation records to another user within their CRM. Default to current user.
Field: Create Organisation contacts
If this option is ON, new persons (contacts) records will be created.
scheduler List
Displays all the find lead campaigns you have created.
