What We Expect of You:
The Partners in Prevention (PiP) Event embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion, and promotes respect for the dignity and value of all. We are committed to providing a harassment-free environment for everyone–attendees, speakers, PiP and venue staff, and partners. This includes the opportunity to learn, socialize, and work in a safe and respectful environment. All participants are expected to observe these guidelines for respectful behavior in all Event and virtual venues. Participants asked to stop hostile or harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Event participants seek to learn, network, and have fun. Please do so responsibly and with respect for the right of others to do likewise.
What We Will Not Tolerate:
We recognize a shared responsibility to create a space for all attendees to have a positive experience. Some behaviors are, therefore, specifically prohibited:
• Harassment or intimidation based on race, religion, language, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, appearance, or other group status.
• Sexual harassment or intimidation, including unwelcome sexual attention, stalking (physical or virtual), or unsolicited physical contact.
• Sustained disruptions of speaker presentations.
If you feel unsafe at any time during the PiP Event, please contact Kayce Matthews, Matthews@TICUA.org, Stacey Pratt, Stacey@TnCertification.org or a member of the CHASCo Executive Team as soon as you are available.
