If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our website, you may notify us in accordance with the DMCA procedures described below.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your work has been used on Piotrnc in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with a written notice that includes the following information: (1) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf; (2) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material; (4) Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address; (5) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (6) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Piotrnc will promptly take action to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We may also notify the party responsible for the material at issue. If that party believes that the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, they may submit a counter-notification. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content in question unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity related to the material.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include: (1) Your physical or electronic signature; (2) Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal; (3) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; (4) Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Piotrnc may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Piotrnc takes copyright infringement seriously and has adopted a policy to terminate user accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate. If a user is found to have repeatedly infringed on others’ intellectual property rights, we may suspend or terminate their access to our services. This decision will be made at our discretion and will depend on various factors, including the number and severity of the violations.
