Empowering Visionaries to Shape the Future.
The Pioneering Leaders Pathway is designed to nurture and develop future leaders by providing a comprehensive and dynamic educational experience. This program emphasizes leadership development, global awareness, innovation, and academic excellence. It integrates project-based, inquiry-based, collaborative, and experiential learning methodologies to equip students with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world. The Pioneering Leaders Pathway is adaptable and scalable, ensuring that it meets the diverse needs of students and can be implemented in various educational contexts.
My name is Lovasoa and I have been in the education field for almost two decades. I started a private English speaking school here in Madagascar. Despite the great opportunities that English speaking education was and is still opening, English speaking educators in our country were often challenged adopting it to the reality of Madagascar. The type of education I wanted to adopt was not only about academic content but addressed the student and the teacher as a whole being - it required a change of mindset and perspective, practical actions and applications and a long term vision. Since the launch of my school, Kits4Kids International, I have made it one of my objectives to curate a curriculum that can easily be adapted to the Malagasy context while infusing skills such as critical thinking, creative thinking and global mindedness and respecting values that are dear to the Malagasy community. A curriculum that can be used to raise local leaders with a global mindset while respecting the norms and standards of international education - made available for all schools who have the same vision.
Instill strong leadership skills in students; e.g. ethical decision-making, effective communication, and the ability to inspire and guide others.
Develop students' understanding of global issues, cultural diversity, and international relations, preparing them to be informed and active global citizens.
Encourage creativity and innovation through hands-on projects and entrepreneurial initiatives, enabling students to solve real-world problems.
Ensure students achieve high academic standards and are well-prepared for further education and professional success
To support the personal growth of each student, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning
To inspire students to embrace and take pride in their cultural heritage, fostering a strong sense of self and identity, while appreciating the diverse cultures of the world.
