Athletic Clearance

Pioneer High School uses an online system for Athletic Clearance to participate in sports.  

If you are new to Final Forms, there are Step by Step Instructions (provided below) on how to navigate Final Forms.

If you are a transfer athelete from WHS and have a current account, you or I will need to contact the WHS AD to have your account transfered. 

If you are a prior athlete at Douglass Middle School, your account will automatically transfer to PHS as DMS is our feeder school.
