Welcome to PioneerConnect, the official internal application for members of Pioneer Medical Group, Pioneer Neuro, and the Pioneer Foundation (“Pioneer Nation”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the PioneerConnect mobile application.
We collect and store only the information necessary to operate the app and communicate with our team members:

Email address
This data is used solely for identifying authorized users and enabling secure access.
Your information is used for:
Secure authentication into the app
Sending alerts and updates (emails, texts, and in-app notifications) related to schedules, newsletters, facilities, and team-wide announcements
We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
PioneerConnect is built on Google Firebase and Firestore, which provide:
Encrypted data storage
Secure authentication
Access controls to limit internal access to your data
We are a HIPAA-compliant organization, and all user data is handled in accordance with HIPAA security standards.
Accounts are created by Pioneer administrators. There is no public sign-up process.
If you no longer wish to use the app, you can request deletion of your account at any time.
