Go to pinVote.com and press "NEW"
Enter meeting name, number of voters and your email address.
Shortly after you recieve an email with login information and pincodes.
Go to pinVote.com and log in with the admin code.
Enter the items to be voted on and the voting options.
Print the pincodes from the email.
Stack the sheets, and cut them out into small notes.
Put the small notes in a bowl bring it to the meeting.
Let the voters draw a small note from the bowl when they come to the meeting.
Go to pinVote.com and log in with the admin code.
Select the item for voting and press START VOTING and announce the voting.
When everyone has voted press STOP VOTING and the result will be displayed immediately.
Pick a small note from the bowl.
Go to pinVote.com and log in with the meeting code from the small note.
Wait for the meeting leader to announce a voting, and then press "Update".
Click on what you want to vote for.
Confirm with the pincode from the small note.
Check your own votings at any time you want.
Check the voting results at any time you want.
As voter you can request a pincode by sending an email to robot@avote.dk.
As subject just write the meetingcode.
If you ask for more the one vote then write the number of votes you ask for after the meetingcode.
Wait for a reply from the administrator.
As administrator go to "Remote voters" in the menu.
View the pending request(s), and either approve og refuse it.
A mail is then automatically send to the requester. If approved the mail contains a pincode and the number of votes it counts for.
There are no limits to the number of remote voters.
As administrator go to "Setup" in the menu.
In "Power of attorney to pincode" write the pincode that is choosen for this.
In "Number of added votes" write how many votes this pincode adds to each voting.
As administrator klik on "Arrange" in the main view.
Click on the arrows and move the voting items to the order in which you want them to be.
