Because of educational demand, it was then during the “American Friendship Day” on July 1975 in Brgy. Pintong Bukawe San Mateo, Rizal where Pintong Bukawe Primary School was constructed. It was constructed through the help of Mr. Bernardo Laceste who donated a ½ hectare of land area and other stakeholders of the locality. The wall of the school is made up of sawali and the ceiling is made up of bamboo tree. Mrs.Daluso was the first teacher who handled the Grade I up to the Grade IV class with 70 pupils enrolled. It was then Mr. Jose San Miguel as the School Principal of San Mateo Elementary School and Ms. Diaz as the School Supervisor who appointed her. On the other hand, Hon. Unfortunately, the Brgy. Captain Danilo C. For some personal reasons, Mrs. Vilma Montajes transferred to Sapinit Elementary School while Ms. Cynthia Tajaran stayed alone and teaches Grades I to Grade IV pupils.
