This privacy policy is applicable to the "Pint Wise" application for Android mobile phones, (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), which has been developed by TECHMOBILE INC. LTD (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

Thank you for using "Pint Wise". We are committed to protect users privacy. This "Privacy Policy" outlines how Pint Wise handles users personal data in connection with the use of the Application.

1. Information Collected

Personal data that Pint Wise collects are:

• Email

• Country

2. Information Usage

Pint Wise uses collected personal data only for the below purposes:

• Users accounts creation\deletion

• Users authentication\login

• Users accounts management

3. Data Sharing

Pint Wise does NOT share users email addresses or any other users personal information with Third Party or other users of the Application.

4. Geo-Location Tracking

Pint Wise does not track or store users mobile geolocation or its history, nor makes it available to other users of the Application. Users can opt-out from that specific Application feature as per standard process on the mobile phones. When opting-out that feature will not work.

5. Third Party access to Geo-Location data

Pint Wise uses Google Maps for some of its services. Please refer to Google Maps Privacy Policies.

6. Other Third Party Services & Providers

Pint Wise uses Stripe as payments processor provider. Pint Wise does not store users credit cards details on its systems nor on the mobile phone. AWS cloud is used as backend for Pint Wise operations. Users data is stored only in the UK.

7. Analytics

Pint Wise does not profile users or monitor users behavior within the Application on behalf on any Third Party. Analytics on collected data is only performed internally by the Application to provide its features to the end users.

8. Data Security

Pint Wise is committed to protect users personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure. Users personal data and any other data generated by the users while using the Application are always encrypted in transit.

9. Opt-out

Users can anytime halt collection of information by the Application by deleting their accounts or by uninstalling the Application. Users may use the standard uninstall process available on their mobile devices.

10. Data Retention

The Service Provider will retain user provided data. The Service Provider will retain collected personal information for up to 90 days after Account termination for auditing purposes and thereafter users personal data will be deleted.

11. Age Requirements

Pint Wise uses Google Play Store account checks to restrict access to the Application download to users who are under the age of 18 years. Pint Wise asks the users to confirm their age (18+) at account creation. Users age declaration is registered by Pint Wise.

12. Changes to This Policy

This "Privacy Policy" may be updated occasionally. Pint Wise recommends reviewing it periodically for any changes.
