The first 100 early supporters of PinPicture
Eligibility
To qualify for inclusion on the “First 100 Supporters” page inside the PinPicture app, users must:
Have purchased PinPicture Premium through a valid paid subscription (after any free trial has converted to a paid subscription) or purchased the Lifetime Premium option.
Be one of the first 100 verified eligible users.
Submit the official Early Supporters Form (this can be found on the @pinpicture_app TikTok page, or click this link: https://tally.so/r/rjlVk5) with accurate information, including the email address used to create their PinPicture account.
Provide a valid screenshot showing 9 or more pins on their map as requested.
Provide explicit consent for their chosen display name to appear publicly inside the app.
Users on a free trial who have not been charged, or users who cancel before payment is processed, are not eligible.
Verification Process
All submissions through the Early Supporters Form will be manually reviewed. We reserve the right to verify subscription status using our internal database and payment records (including App Store data). Submission of the form does not guarantee inclusion. Only users with confirmed paid Premium status will be approved.
Limited Availability & Page Launch
This promotion is limited to the first 100 verified eligible users. While a counter may be displayed on the Early Supporters Form, it is manually updated and may not reflect the exact number of submissions at any given time. Placement will be determined based on verified purchase time and eligibility.
The Supporters page will only go live once at least 10 verified users have been submitted. We do not guarantee inclusion if the 100 available positions have already been filled at the time of verification. Even after 10 verified user has been met, it may take up to 7 days for the page to go live. This is due to creating the page, and waiting for the app to pass review in order to go live to the public. After the first version of the page has gone live, the page will be updated every 7 days. This timescale is not a guarantee, however, we certainly strive to meet the 7 day target, if not, get you on the list well before that. In order to ensure you can see your name on the page, please confirm you have downloaded the latest version of the app. The page will be visible in the 'Profile' page of the app, with a button appearing at the top of the page.
Display Name
Users may choose the name that appears on the Supporters page, subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject or modify names that are inappropriate, offensive, misleading, impersonating others, or otherwise deemed unsuitable. We will contact you via email to either confirm or deny your submission, and a follow up email to notify you when your name is live and appearing on the list.
General

On the PinPicture app, navigate to the 'Profile' page. From there scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. You will find a section called 'Account management' and a button directly beneath it, 'Delete account'. This appears as shown in the photo to the left. Once you have clicked the 'Delete account' button, you may be asked to confirm your password. After this step has been completed, and the request has been processed, your account, and all associated data will have been deleted, and you will be directed back to the onboarding flow.

This Privacy Policy explains how PinPicture (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the PinPicture mobile application. By using the app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

User-generated content, including photos, location pins, trips, and captions.

Anonymous identifiers used for analytics.
c) Subscription and Free Trial Information
PinPicture offers a 3-day free trial which increases the pin limit from 5 pins to 8 pins and unlocks all other Premium features. To gain access to unlimited pins, users must allow the free trial to convert into a paid subscription or purchase Premium.
PinPicture Premium pricing:
£9.99 per year (Annual Subscription).
£24.99 one-time payment (Lifetime Access).
All payments, free trials, renewals, and billing are processed securely through the Apple App Store. We do not collect, process, or store payment details such as card numbers or billing information.
We may receive confirmation from Apple regarding subscription status, renewal status, expiry date, and purchase type. This information is used solely to manage access to Premium features.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Provide and maintain app functionality.
Manage free trials and subscription access.
Enable Premium features and enforce pin limits.
Save user preferences and content.
Improve performance and fix issues.
Respond to support requests.
Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.
5. Legal Basis (UK and EU GDPR)

PinPicture is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that such data has been collected, it will be deleted promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available within the app. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

PinPicture Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PinPicture (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal minimum age in your country) to use PinPicture. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PinPicture for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App.
Circumvent feature limits, subscription systems, or payment mechanisms.
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
4. Free Access and Premium Features
Free Access
PinPicture is free to download and includes limited features. Free users may create up to 5 pins.
3-Day Free Trial
New users may be offered a 3-day free trial. During the trial, the pin limit increases from 5 pins to 8 pins and all other Premium features are unlocked.
To gain access to unlimited pins, users must allow the free trial to convert into a paid subscription or purchase Premium access.
PinPicture Premium (Optional In-App Purchases)
PinPicture Premium unlocks additional features, including unlimited pins (for active subscribers).
Pricing:
£9.99 per year (Annual Subscription).
£24.99 one-time payment (Lifetime Access).
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store payment details.
5. Subscription Terms
Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Prices may vary by region and may change for new subscribers.
Refunds are governed solely by Apple’s refund policies.
If payment fails or a subscription expires, Premium access will be removed at the end of the paid period.
6. Lifetime Access
Lifetime Access grants ongoing access to Premium features available at the time of purchase. This purchase does not renew.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features over time. Lifetime Access does not guarantee access to future features unless explicitly stated.
7. Access After Cancellation or Expiry
If a subscription expires or is cancelled:
You retain access to all content you created.
Creation of new content may be limited to the free plan pin cap.
Your existing content will not be deleted solely due to subscription cancellation.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload.
By using the App, you grant PinPicture a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the App.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or infringe third-party rights.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
Upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or offensive material.
Interfere with app security, servers, or functionality.
Use automated systems, bots, or scripts without permission.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, branding, designs, and software associated with PinPicture are owned by PinPicture or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinPicture shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you for PinPicture Premium in the preceding 12 months, if any.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be made available within the App. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
