I am currently an Adjunct Faculty at North East University Bangladesh, Sylhet, and a Graduate Research Assistant under the supervision of Dr. Mainul Hossain. I completed my B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Dhaka in April 2024. My research focuses on the design, modeling, and fabrication of FET and EGT based biosensors. I have developed expertise in simulating nanoelectronic devices using Silvaco TCAD and MATLAB, and I am actively involved in fabricating two- and three-terminal ion-sensing devices using organic materials such as PEDOT:PSS. My recent work includes developing compact and empirical models for Ion-Sensitive OECTs (IS-OECTs) for wearable sensors, as well as mathematical modeling of multi-resistance state (MRS) memristors for neuromorphic and memory applications.
