I am currently a Research Associate under the supervision of Dr. Mainul Hossain. I completed my B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Dhaka in April 2024. My research focuses on the design, modeling, and fabrication of organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs), ion sensors, and flexible bioelectronic devices. I have experience in printed electronics, organic materials, and device-level simulation using Silvaco TCAD and MATLAB. My research includes the development of ion-selective OECTs for chemical sensing, negative-capacitance OECTs for enhanced pH sensing, and printed ion-sensing devices using organic materials such as PEDOT:PSS. I have also worked on the mathematical modeling of multi-resistance-state (MRS) memristors for memory and neuromorphic applications. My broader interests include printed and flexible electronics, wearable sensors, and bioelectronic devices.
