Privacy Policy – Pinny Notes

Pinny Notes is developed and provided by Merah Putih Corp. This Privacy Policy explains how Pinny Notes handles information when you use the application.
1. Information We Collect
Pinny Notes does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data.
The information you enter into the app, including task titles, note descriptions, dates, reminder times, priorities, colors, and completion status, is stored locally in the app’s private storage on your device.
Merah Putih Corp cannot access or recover this information.
2. Accounts and Cloud Services
Pinny Notes does not require an account or sign-in.
The app does not upload your notes to a server, cloud database, or remote storage service. Pinny Notes does not currently use advertising or analytics SDKs.
3. Notifications and Reminders
Pinny Notes may request permission to display notifications. This permission is used only to show reminders created by you.
Reminder information is processed locally on your device. The app may restore scheduled reminders after the device restarts.
You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
4. Google Play Services
Pinny Notes may communicate with Google Play to check whether an application update is available. Information processed directly by Google Play is governed by Google’s own privacy policies.
Merah Putih Corp does not receive personal information from this update-checking process.
5. Data Sharing
Pinny Notes does not share your notes, tasks, reminders, or other locally stored content with Merah Putih Corp or third parties.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Your information remains on your device until you:
• delete an individual task or note;• clear the application’s storage through Android settings; or• uninstall Pinny Notes.
Because no copy is stored on our servers, Merah Putih Corp cannot remotely delete or recover your local information.
7. Data Security
Pinny Notes stores its data inside the application’s private storage provided by Android. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, screen lock, and device backups.
No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children’s Privacy
Pinny Notes is intended for users aged 13 and older. The application is not specifically designed for or directed toward children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Future Changes
If a future version of Pinny Notes introduces advertising, analytics, cloud synchronization, accounts, or another form of data processing, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration will be updated before that version is released.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the application or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
