At PinNotes, we believe that your data belongs to you. This privacy policy outlines how our visionOS application handles your information.

1. Data Collection and Usage

PinNotes does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers.

• Note Content: All text, colors, and settings for your notes are stored locally on your Apple Vision Pro device using Apple’s SwiftData framework.

• Spatial Data: We do not access or store information about your physical surroundings (mesh data). The placement of note windows is managed entirely by the visionOS operating system.

• Analytics: We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not track your behavior within the app.

2. Third-Party Services

The app does not share data with any third-party services. However, as the app is distributed via the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain diagnostic or usage data if you have opted-in to share that information with developers through your device settings.

3. Data Storage and Security

Because all data is stored locally on your device:

• Your notes are protected by the built-in security and encryption features of visionOS.

• If you delete the app, all locally stored notes will be removed unless you have enabled iCloud backups for your device.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our app does not collect any personal information and is safe for use by individuals of all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
