After completing my Undergraduate qualification in physiotherapy, I spent two years gaining hands-on experience in various clinical settings, working with everyone from athletes to people recovering from surgery. But throughout that time, one thing became clear to me: I wanted to create something more than just another physiotherapy practice. I wanted to build a brand that would make a real, lasting impact on people’s lives by helping them move safely, effectively, and with confidence. So, I took the leap and founded my own physiotherapy practice, with a deep focus on patient-centered care.
I’ve always had a passion for sports, having played hockey, tennis, surfing and recently started rock climbing. These activities not only shaped my understanding of what it takes to push the body to its limits, but also gave me a personal insight into the struggles and triumphs that come with injury, recovery, and rehabilitation. Whether it was recovering from a sprained ankle in hockey or managing the strain from a long day of climbing, I learned firsthand how important it is to understand your body and its limits — and how much more fulfilling it is when you can move without pain.
That’s why I started my practice: to provide a space where people of all backgrounds could receive personalised, evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs and goals. Whether you’re recovering from a sports injury, undergoing post-operative rehabilitation, or simply trying to prevent injury and move better, I’m committed to providing the support and guidance you need. My goal is to educate, empower, and help you get back to doing what you love, whether that’s playing sports, hiking, or just enjoying everyday activities without discomfort.
My approach is rooted in the belief that no two patients are the same, and that personalized care is key. I work closely with each person to develop a tailored treatment plan that addresses their specific challenges and ambitions. I also believe that understanding your injury and the recovery process is essential, so I make sure to provide clear, accessible information about sports injuries, post-operative recovery, and injury prevention.
At the heart of my practice is the idea that physiotherapy isn’t just about fixing problems — it’s about creating a positive and proactive approach to movement. I’m excited to continue helping people move better, feel better, and live better, one patient at a time.
