For 22 years, I owned and operated Monument Staffing, helping thousands of job seekers land roles in some of the most competitive administrative and executive support environments. Since 1996, I’ve been on the front lines of hiring - reviewing resumes, prepping candidates, and sitting across from hiring managers who know exactly what (and who) they’re looking for.

Now, through Pinnacle Interview Prep, I use that experience to help executive support professionals and recent graduates show up prepared, confident, and ready to get hired.
