ROCKME GAMES ("we," "us," or "our") develops Pinky & Bleu: Web Blaster (the "Game"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Game and how to exercise your privacy choices. Reading this policy or using the Game does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional data processing or tracking.
1. SCOPE AND OVERVIEW
This policy covers the Android and iOS versions of the Game, including test versions. Features, advertising providers, and privacy controls can differ by platform, app version, device settings, and region. Descriptions of optional or version-specific features apply only where those features are included and enabled.
The Game does not require an account or login and currently does not offer in-app purchases. We do not ask you to enter your name, postal address, phone number, payment information, or precise location to play. The Game does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera for gameplay.
Advertising, analytics, and consent-management services may process device information, identifiers, approximate location, app activity, advertising interactions, and technical information as described below. Information associated with a device or app identifier may be personal information even if it does not include your name.
2. INFORMATION WE HANDLE
Support messages. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, financial information, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Local game data. Settings, scores, stage progress, Free Pass counts, and similar game information may be saved on your device. Local storage is separate from events that analytics or advertising services may transmit. Device backup services may retain copies according to your device settings.
Device and app information. Integrated services may process your device model, operating system, app and SDK versions, language, network connection information, IP address, and app-instance or installation identifiers. Depending on the service and applicable permissions, identifiers may include Android Advertising ID, Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), and Identifier for Vendor (IDFV). IDFA access and tracking on iOS are subject to Apple's applicable permission requirements.
Approximate location. Providers may derive a general location, such as country, region, or city, from an IP address or other network information. The Game does not request GPS-based precise location.
App activity. Analytics may record events such as first launch, sessions, screen views, engagement, app updates, and other events enabled in a particular version. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, or other direct contact information as analytics event parameters.
Advertising and technical information. Advertising services may process ad requests, impressions, clicks, video interactions, attribution information, SDK errors, loading performance, and fraud-prevention signals. Consent-management services may process your privacy selections and related records needed to determine, store, and communicate applicable choices.
These categories describe potential processing by the services used in the Game; they do not mean that every category is collected from every player.
3. WHY INFORMATION IS USED
We use information, and engage providers to process information, to:
- Operate the Game and remember local settings and progress.
- Deliver and measure advertising, including personalization where permitted.
- Understand usage and improve gameplay, stability, and performance.
- Manage privacy choices and communicate consent signals.
- Detect fraud, abuse, and technical problems.
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
- Meet legal obligations and protect users and our rights.
Where consent is required, the relevant processing must be based on that consent. Privacy selections may affect which ads can be delivered and whether analytics is enabled. Refusing tracking or optional consent does not require you to stop playing.
4. SERVICES USED IN THE GAME
Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, and Unity Ads
We use Unity LevelPlay, formerly ironSource mediation, to manage advertising. Advertising integrations include ironSource Ads and Unity Ads. These services and their relevant partners may process identifiers, network and device information, ad activity, and diagnostics to deliver and measure advertising and prevent fraud. Applicable consent signals are used to communicate your choices to supported providers.
An advertising or consent partner appearing in a list does not necessarily mean it receives information on every game session. Processing depends on the enabled integrations, ad delivery, and applicable choices.

Google Analytics for Firebase
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app usage. Depending on settings and consent, it may process app-instance identifiers, device and app metadata, engagement, and configured events. Google states that Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses; IP information may be used to derive approximate location. This statement applies to Google Analytics, not to every advertising service in the Game.

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
Versions with UMP enabled use Google's consent-management technology to display applicable privacy messages, store choices, and communicate consent signals. Our iOS consent integration uses UMP. Its presence does not mean that Google AdMob supplies the Game's advertisements. Availability of UMP messages and controls differs between app versions and platforms; older Android releases may not include this integration.
UMP may communicate with Google and use app, device, network, and consent information to determine and provide the appropriate message. Google privacy information is available at:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
Providers may act as service providers or as independent controllers for particular activities. Their notices explain their own responsibilities and practices. We remain responsible for our own processing and selection of integrations.
5. YOUR ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS CHOICES
In-game Privacy Choices
In versions that include and enable the consent feature, a message may appear when consent is needed. Where the consent system requires an ongoing settings entry point, you can reopen the available choices through "Privacy Choices" below "EXIT GAME" on the character selection menu. You may change or withdraw the choices available in that form. The link may not appear for every region or platform.
The Privacy Policy link opens this notice. It does not itself change consent. If an older version does not offer an in-game consent form, the device and provider controls below remain relevant. You can also contact us for help with a privacy request. Device controls are not a substitute for every consent or opt-out right that may apply.
Analytics choices
Where the Game's consent form offers analytics choices, those choices are used to control the relevant analytics processing. Available analytics controls differ between versions. Declining ad tracking is not necessarily the same as declining analytics. Where an applicable in-game control is unavailable, contact us about your objection, withdrawal, or deletion request.
Apple iOS controls
If the Game requests Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission, you can allow or refuse the request. You may later change available tracking permissions in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security and Tracking. Apple's system permission is separate from choices in the Game's privacy form. Refusing tracking does not remove access to gameplay and does not necessarily remove all ads.
Android controls
Your device may let you delete or reset its advertising ID and manage advertising privacy settings. Options and menu locations depend on the Android version and device. These settings do not automatically delete records already held by providers.
Provider controls
Some ads include a privacy or information icon that opens the advertising provider's controls. Unity's privacy notices also explain available access, opt-out, and deletion procedures. Controls within one provider's ad may not apply to other providers.
Advertising after a privacy choice
Privacy Choices is not an ad-removal purchase or a promise of ad-free play. Depending on your selections, applicable requirements, and provider support, contextual, non-personalized, or limited ads may still be available. These ads may still involve some data processing. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
Withdrawal applies to future processing within its scope and does not invalidate prior lawful processing. Changing consent does not automatically erase previously collected records; deletion requests are described below.
6. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Information may be disclosed to the advertising, analytics, consent-management, hosting, and communications providers involved in the activities described above. Advertising providers may share information with participating advertisers, ad networks, measurement partners, and providers according to their notices and applicable restrictions.
We may disclose information when necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect users or our rights, investigate abuse, or address security incidents. Information may also be transferred in connection with a sale or reorganization of the Game, subject to applicable safeguards and notice obligations.
7. LEGAL BASES
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on consent for tracking, personalized advertising, analytics, or device access where required; performance of a requested service; legal obligations; or legitimate interests such as maintaining security, preventing fraud, and responding to support requests, subject to your rights. Legitimate interests are not used to bypass processing for which consent is required.
8. RETENTION AND DELETION
Local game data generally remains until overwritten or removed through device storage controls or deletion of the app. Backups or device restoration may preserve or restore some data. Removing the app does not automatically delete information previously received by us or providers.
We retain support correspondence for the period reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain necessary records, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations. Provider-held data is subject to the provider's retention practices and applicable settings. Retention depends on the data's purpose, ongoing need, and legal requirements. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained longer where permitted.
For access, correction, or deletion requests, email info@pinkyandbleu.com. Because the Game has no user account, locating pseudonymous records may require additional information. We will request only information reasonably necessary to verify and address a request and may direct you to a provider for records it controls. No Game account needs to be deleted because the Game does not offer accounts.
9. SECURITY AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
We use reasonable measures appropriate to our activities to protect information. No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure.
We are based in California, United States. Google, Unity, and other relevant providers may process information in other countries. Where international-transfer requirements apply, the responsible party must use applicable safeguards. Provider notices describe their transfer arrangements.
10. CHILDREN AND TEENS
The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. An age rating does not establish that a player is legally able to consent to all data processing. Age thresholds and protections for children and teens vary by location.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game without any required authorization, contact info@pinkyandbleu.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion or working with the relevant provider. Where parental authorization is legally required, a general statement in this policy does not replace that authorization.
11. CALIFORNIA AND OTHER U.S. STATE RIGHTS
Depending on your residence and whether the relevant law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit certain sensitive-information uses; or appeal a denied request. Applicable law may also protect you from discrimination for exercising those rights.
We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. Advertising-related disclosures of identifiers and activity may nevertheless qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under some laws. The relevant information categories, sources, purposes, and recipients are described in Sections 2–6. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer sensitive characteristics about you.
Use applicable in-game or provider controls, or email info@pinkyandbleu.com with the subject "Privacy Request" to submit a request or ask how to exercise a right. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, subject to verification. To appeal our response where an appeal right applies, reply to our response or email us with the subject "Privacy Appeal."
Browser privacy signals do not necessarily reach a native mobile app. We do not represent that the Game currently detects every browser-based signal. Applicable mobile privacy requirements and available controls still apply.
12. EEA, UNITED KINGDOM, AND OTHER PRIVACY RIGHTS
Where applicable, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing; obtain portable data; and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact info@pinkyandbleu.com to exercise a right. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, subject to permitted exceptions and appropriate verification.
13. EXTERNAL LINKS AND POLICY UPDATES
Advertisements, app stores, and external websites have their own privacy practices. Opening the Game's policy or another web link may cause your browser to contact the website provider, which may receive information such as your IP address and browser details. This policy does not replace those providers' notices.
We may update this policy when the Game or its data practices change. Revisions will be posted at the same public policy address with an updated date. We will provide additional notice or request consent where required. An updated policy does not automatically authorize new processing that requires consent.
