SHOP’S LIABILITY
We do not have control if there are delays of shipment from Korea to PH or local courier to your address.
We are not liable for any loss of goods or damages made by the courier (local or international).
We are not liable if there are any missing inclusions on the sealed items you have ordered. It is the manufacturer or maker’s fault, not us.
We are not liable if the maker/fansite scammed us. We are only a middleman who orders your item on behalf of you.
We have the right not to accept your orders if you have bad transactions with us before.
BUYER’S INFORMATION
All the information submitted to us is private information that we will not release to the public unless there are circumstances that the buyer is a joy reserver or bogus buyer.

MERCHANDISE
3.1 General terms & conditions
All sealed items that have factory defects are not possible for return/exchange.
Missing inclusions or damages are the manufacturer/maker’s fault.
If there are any missing items or damages on your order, we need an unboxing video that is not edited when sending a complaint on our Twitter or Facebook account.
Actual photos of the second-hand items we post are from Korean sellers.
3.2 Pre-order items (albums/dvd/photobooks/lightsticks)
All albums are counted in HANTEO and GAON charts
International fees are already included unless stated.
Down payments are sometimes accepted depending on the items.
Pre-order benefit (POB) is limited and can be sold out anytime. You can only have the POB if you order within the pre-order period.
Cards that are for pooling will not always depend on your first choice, that's why we are asking for your top 3 members.
3.3 Fanmade/fansite goods
Fanmade/fansite items will have three waves of payment.
Production of goods may depend on what kind of item you will order. Dolls take 3-4 months of production.
Stock sales may get sold out anytime so we need your payment as soon as possible.
3.4 Pasabuy/Pabili items
All posted items are brand new, extras, and pre-loved goods of Korean fans. Photos of the items we post are from Korean sellers.
We are not liable for the damages and dents once it is shipped from the seller
3.5 On-hand items
These items are extra stocks or were not claimed by their respective buyers.
PRICES AND FEES
All posted prices of the items already include the Korean domestic shipping and transfer fee unless stated.
Customs fees will be added if applicable.
International shipping fee will be divided equally among all the buyers.
PAYMENT
5.1 Payments are non-refundable
Initial and down payments are non-refundable.
Failure of payment of remaining balances and international fees will result in the cancellation of order/s.

5.3 Waves of Payment
there will be two waves of payment to be collected unless stated as BASE PRICE
1st wave - ALL IN price (item price + fees)
2nd wave - local shipping or handling fee + customs fee (if applicable)
5.4 Collection of Payments
1st wave - "pay as you order basis" to avoid joy reservers
2nd wave - upon the arrival of items here in PH
5.5 Down payments
We accept 50-70% down payments if stated.
Remaining balance can be paid upon the arrival of the item and must settle within 5 days only. Late payment fees will be charged.
5.6 Late payments
You will be charged with 50php per day and only allowed to pay until 3 to 7 days after DOP.
We do not allow late payments for pasabuy items.
5.7 Payment form
Buyer is required to send a payment form for their proof of payment. No payment form means your payment is not valid. Payment is non-refundable.
DELIVERY
6.1 Shipping
The couriers we will use for shipping are Abest & LBC for regular delivery. Buyer may choose another courier as long as they will pay for the additional charges of the courier.
GRAB and Lalamove are available for same-day delivery for Metro Manila addresses only.
Shipping of items is every Saturday only. Shipping schedules can be changed depending on the availability of the courier.
It will take 1-2 days for buyers who live in Metro Manila and 2-4 days for buyers who live in Provincial areas.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to track their items once we’ve provided the tracking number.
We will not be liable for any loss of goods or damages made by the courier.
If any problems happen when the items are being shipped, a video of unboxing is required when sending a complaint regarding your items.
6.2 Meet ups
Meetups are only held at SM Sucat, LRT UN Station and SM Manila.
Meet up schedules will be posted according to the availability of the admins.
ON-HAND ITEMS
Buyer will have 5 days to settle their payment.
If the buyer failed to settle their payment within 5 days, we will automatically cancel their order and mark them as a bogus buyer/joy reserver.
Cash-on-delivery/pickup is only available if stated.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are not allowed. If you really want to cancel your order, you have to pay a cancellation fee of ₱250.00 per item.
UNCLAIMED ITEMS
All unclaimed items after 30 days will be up for sale again and payments will not be refunded.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued if the maker/supplier/fansite returns the money. The shop is not liable once we have sent the money to them.
If the maker/supplier/fansite returns the money, we will divide the money according to the number of orders.
The total amount of money we will return to the buyer may differ from the money they paid when they joined the group order due to the currency exchange.
If the buyer chooses bank mode, we will give the exact amount.
If the buyer chooses remittance mode, the remittance fee will be deducted on the total amount to be refunded.
BATCH SCHEDULE
11.1 Pre-ordered items
We will send all the orders to our supplier after 3 days of receiving all the payments.
Shipping of items by our supplier will be after 5-7 days.
Estimated Time of Arrival for Normal eta will be 3-5 weeks while 1-2 weeks for Fast eta after shipment from Korea. Delays might happen due to unexpected circumstances (holidays, typhoon, the delivery date of the supplier, etc)
A maximum of 20 orders by batch for old albums & 15 orders for lightsticks, first-come-first-serve basis (with freebies).
11.2 Pasabuy items
The box will be shipped to PH once it is full.
International shipping fee will be collected once the box is ready for pick up on our Korean address.
