This website was created by Paolo De Buono, a Catholic teacher with the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB). The website is provided as a service, on Paolo's own time (it is not officially endorsed by the TCDSB), for TCDSB educators as a resource site to improve inclusion for 2SLGBTQ+ students. The TCDSB's official Equity Action Plan requires all schools to reduce barriers for 2SLGBTQ+ students. Pink Shirt Day, a day well-known to students & families, is an important day to address homophobia & transphobia in schools (to explain what it is & why it must be addressed).
